BOOKING CONDITIONS
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the room is ready for occupancy from 2 pm onwards. Please inform us in time if you arrive after 7 pm.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11 am.
Reception times: 7am - 10pm
If you would like to enjoy your stay longer in the room on the day of departure, please ask at the reception for availability.
For children, we offer baby cots, baby chairs, baby chairs, children's meals.
Cancellation by the contracting party - cancellation fee 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest,
Accommodation contract without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contracting party.
Outside the area referred to in § 5.5. A withdrawal by unilateral declaration by the contracting party shall be subject to payment only
The following cancellation fees
possible:
- up to 1 month before arrival date 40% of the total package price;
- 1 week before arrival date 70% of the total package price;
- in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total package price.
